Who We Are: Resurrection Catholic School is a consolidated school which incorporates the 5 parishes in eastern Wyandotte County, St. John, Holy Family, All Saints, St. Mary-St. Anthony and Cathedral of St. Peter and serves the families of these parish communities. We currently educate approximately 280 students in preschool through 8th grade.
Our Goal: Most importantly, we are preparing our students to be community members who are self-aware, effective communicators, problem solvers, collaborative and able to see Christ in everyone they meet. Resurrection Catholic School is a space for all to grow and learn with Christ.
Who We Serve: Our students come from different backgrounds and cultures and their families speak a variety of languages. Regardless of these differences, our school community comes together to share our faith and increase our academic knowledge because parents are seeking a faith-filled safe environment where students can reach their full potential.
Quality Academics: Our well trained professional staff works with parents to help form the minds of our students by infusing Catholicity in our everyday lessons. We strive to meet the needs of each student and we incorporate research-based best practices for educating all students. Resurrection is fortunate to have support teachers to assist students who learn differently than their peers. We have enrichment programs during and after school to help encourage and enhance all learning. We provide devices for each student which enables us to move effortlessly to online learning. We have extensive science opportunities and are working toward STEM-accreditation.
